It explains what happens, what is supposed to happen, and why things don't always go as they should. Written in a very light vein, as easy reading for everyone, it still conveys the information needed to successfully proceed through all the details to a (hopefully) profitable conclusion. It makes a very appropriate companion to the author's other book, "An Introduction to the Mississippi Tax Sale," also by the same publisher and available at Amazon.com. If you have any interest in how the tax sale works, this book is a must read for you.
Author Biography
Mr. Lewis has been active in the tax purchasing field for many years and is the author of several articles as well as another book on that subject. He is a long time ago magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Florida. He is presently 'sort of retired, ' and lives with his wife of 44 years in the country, near Biloxi, Mississippi.
