One of the signs of a vital congregation is its leadership. Prospective leaders and members may look at our building, programs, and brochures, but they will also take the measure of our leadership. Author Biography
Robert Leventhal is a senior consultant with the Alban Institute. Before joining Alban, he served as a sales and marketing executive and as a management consultant. He has served on the regional council of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) and was the Midwest chair of the national UJA Young Leadership Cabinet.
