Author Biography
Since 1994, Derek has been in corporate General Management and is currently the Managing Director of the training and development specialists firm - Rapid Results Limited based in Auckland. For years, Derek's background in sales and customer service has helped to strengthen his resolve to help customers get what they need. A previous winner of the North Shore Business Award for Service Excellence (2002) and of the TUANZ innovation award for Education (2005), Derek has worked with a number of large organisations and government departments in helping their leaders and coaches develop their skills and make a positive change in the people they coach. Outside of work, Derek and his wife have four children and he enjoys the beach, travel, writing and a little bit of acting.
