"Expressions: A Journal for Teen Girls" is a book that every teen aged or even preteen girl will appreciate. The preteen and teen years for girls are periods when they are going through lots of changes and going through lots of new experiences. Most of the time they will not want to speak to an adult about what they are going through. The best thing that they can do is to make a note of their feelings and revisit it when they are better able to sort it out. It is also a good way for them to realize how they are maturing during that period of time as what you may think about at age 12 is not what you will think about at age 14 or 15.
