Terence Hicks is professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and former dean of the Clemmer College of Education at East Tennessee State University.
Douglas M. Butler is associate professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the Whitlowe R. Green College of Education at Prairie View A&M University. Mondrail Myrick is lecturer of economics at the University of North Carolina Pembroke.
