I present this true story to express some of how I feel about my mother, Patricia Laverne Brown.
She was a special lady who always believed in me. I didn't understand how proud she was of me until the end of her days, and that helped me find myself. She saw something in me that I missed. I was just a normal boy who liked to explore and have fun.
When Mommy passed away, my life changed forever. It was a new start for me. I cherish the time we had together.
Mommy took me on many adventures with her. She did everything she could for me, her son. She never left my side until her last breath. We had a wonderful bond as mother and son.
A mother's love is irreplaceable once she is gone. My love for her will never fade.
