Author Biography
Phyllis Lomax Singh was told cancer is not hereditary yet both parents and nineteen of her aunts and uncles had either died or were struggling with cancer when she developed cellular changes requiring a hysterectomy at age 37. A breast tumor with five palpable lymph nodes followed two years later. Being a believer, Phyillis chose to fight her own path to healing by the grace of God and a change in lifestyle. Today she continues to live cancer free. She is a Registered nurse, a Drugless Practitioner, and a Certfied Holistic Health Coach specializing in Cancer and End of Life Living. She is a graduate of Kent State University, and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and has furthered her studies by attending classes at Duke, Vanderbilt, Penn State, and Arizona State Universities, and the University of Southern California, and Copenhagen. When Phyllis is not working or laying hands on the sick she can be found relaxing with a canvas, stacks of paper, stones, cloth, and paint as she is also a mixed media artist.
