Author Biography
Richard A. Fisher MD is an emergency physician in southern Appalachia. He and his wife, Elaine, are former medical missionaries to Zaïre (now Democratic Republic of the Congo) with the United Methodist Church. They live in the West Palm Beach, Florida, area.
