This non-fiction children's book was created to inspire young boys and girls of color that their imagination and hunger for knowledge can impact their futures. Nasir is a young African American boy whose love for dinosaurs turned into a day of adventure as a paleontologist. As the only child and son of a mompreneur, Nasir's imagination takes him to new rivers and valleys as he pretends to be a paleontologist on the hunt for his five favorite dinosaurs. Throughout his journey of finding these five prehistoric species, he takes his readers/imaginary play friends on a learning adventure. As your child reads this book, they will learn dinosaurs' unique characteristics and traits and can easily identify them.
