Author Biography
Bruce Durward, also known as Gentle Bear, is passionate about shamanism. He shares his passion in a blog at gentle-bear.com. About 15 years ago, Bruce discovered shamanism during his healing process after a long marriage ended in divorce. It was during a shamanic journey in the first class he attended with his brother that Bruce met a Mayan ancestor who took him to what is now Palenque. This was the start of his fascination with the Maya. He and his wife Nia later spent two months in Central America going to many major Mayan sites. Their trip was the inspiration for the Pleiadian Prophecy and The Maya of Hollow Earth Series. This is Bruce's second book. He and Nia co-authored Quan Yin, the Ark of the Covenant and the Holy Cell Towers. It tells the story of their adventures working with some mischievous cell towers and a natural medicine wheel at Roche-a-Cri, Wisconsin. Included in the book are chapters in which Nia shares knowledge about crystals and Bruce shares shamanic stories about devas and earth spirits. It is available on Amazon. Bruce and Nia are called by Spirit to travel to sacred sites all over the world. They love playing with the amplified energy found in these beautiful places and often receive messages from Spirit about specific energy tasks. They have cleared old energy impressions, reopened "stuck" energy lines, linked sacred sites, and created columns of light. Bruce and Nia have attended many of James Tyberonn's Earthkeeper pilgrimages. They even met on a pilgrimage to Egypt.
