Benny Gavi, MD, is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and is currently Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Stanford University. He is a strong advocate for and expert on health improvement and disease prevention through nutrition and other lifestyle factors. Maya Elon is currently in medical school at Central Michigan University College of Medicine. A clinical researcher, she has conducted research with Hadassah Medical Center and Stanford School of Medicine.
