Over a decade later, she decided to share some of her work with others for the first time at a poetry competition in New Orleans where she won first place. Since then, she received the Editor's Choice Award from Poetry.com for her piece titled \"Next Time\". In addition, she has been featured in \u003ci\u003eWorcester Magazine\u003c\/i\u003e, her work has also appears in the anthologies \u003ci\u003eDreams and Fantasies\u003c\/i\u003e and \u003ci\u003eFrom a Bend in the River\u003c\/i\u003e. \u003c\/p\u003e Davis now lives in Massachusetts where she's double majoring in English and Sociology at Clark University while working as a Reading tutor at a local elementary school.
