"Polycules" is the second workbook in the Rainbow Wellness Workbook series. The first focuses on Polyamory in general. This workbook focuses on the polyamorous relationship structure of Polycules, which is a group made up of several people who are in relationships with one another with the knowledge, agreement, and communication of everyone involved. Each Rainbow Wellness Workbook features exercises, activities, and adult coloring pages. These workbooks are intended to serve as a self-care tool. They center on a group of people or cultures who are often underrepresented in society. Along with Polyamory, topics we will explore in upcoming releases are as follows: Neurodivergence (such as Autism & ADHD), LGBT+, Kink & BDSM, and more.
