Jana is a ball of energy eagerly awaiting her chance to make her mark on the world. She always asks her mother what sport she will play. She gives a few things a try, but nothing seems to fit-until she sees a female athlete gracefully flying through the air while making a powerful volleyball play. Young Jana wants to become like this impressive athlete, but practice proves difficult. Jana ends up with stinging muscles and bruises everywhere.
