Author Biography
Rosalind Metcalf is the mother of two children, devoted to her spiritual journey and she has a serious love for animals. While navigating through her own complexities, she began to do a writing exercise which later developed into her first book "Smoking Out The Shadows". After the book was written Rosalind came to realize that the survival of her trials and tribulations was much larger than her own life. For the first time, she completely understood her purpose. In this space, "Healing Starts Today Workbook" was birthed.
