Author Biography
Mollie Lyon always endeavored to put stories on paper. She began by drawing simple pictures in the margins of her mother's cookbook in the blue kitchen while her mother baked. Advancing to her first attempts at printing and spelling in first grade to ripping through writing assignments in high school and nursing school, her love for writing evolved. Mollie, married for thirty-one years, has two daughters, two cats and a dog. She has gathered stories in her thirty-one years of nursing in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Many more novels weaving the tapestry of her life, local history and family tales are waiting to be set on paper.
