Jim Banks is an author, speaker, trainer, ordained minister, fly fisherman, a bogey golfer and a sailor. He is also a former electrical power system design engineer and a former director of sales and marketing for a couple of industrial manufacturers. His primary activity is a perfect picture of James Taylor's song Handy Man, the fixer of broken hearts.
