Is God's Word still applicable in today's time? Does He send messages through prophets? Does he still heal? With all the chaos in the world, does He even listen to my prayers? I knew I had a purpose, but for years it felt as if I was purposeless. I knew God was always with me and I was happy with life but something was missing. I was nearing the half century mark and I had nothing to show for it. It felt like I had no impact on anyone's life. And then you hear the three words no one ever wants to hear. The words that can crush any hope in living, "You have cancer". As a human being, you may give up. As a Christian, you question your faith. Either way, you mentally start preparing for the worst-case scenario. I heard the words, but I saw purpose. What do you do when death and purpose meet?
