Author Biography
A bestselling author and creator of the financial thriller genre, Paul Erdman (1932-2007) wrote The Silver Bears, The Crash of '79, The Last Days of America, The Panic of '89, The Swiss Account, and The Set-up. Previously, he worked in finance, notably as founder and President of the United California Bank in Basel. Erdman began writing The Billion Dollar Sure Thing in a Swiss prison, where he was held for ten months as a result of his bank's collapse.
