Russell von Frank, MBA, EMT, is a former CEO, author, executive coach, trainer, speaker, and business consultant. Starting off as a Third Officer in the US Merchant Marine and Ensign in the US Navy Reserve he went on to be third generation CEO of his family business. After twenty-five years as a CEO he merged his business to focus more on helping CEOs and executives achieve their dreams. Over the past twenty years he has logged in over ten thousand hours of coaching and consulting business leaders of all size companies and industries. He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, an MBA in Organizational Development and several coaching certifications.
