I vowed never to get another dog after the devasting loss of my beloved Jack Russell, Rudy. A short six months later I reconsidered, but did not know what breed to get. Then one day while searching various dog websites I saw a picture of a puppy with the eyes of an old soul. His eyes told me he had been waiting for me to find him. He was at an animal sanctuary and I decided to adopt him. They told me he had a sister and they'd never been separated.
