Jeff Feinberg is the leader of Congregation Etz Chaim in Buffalo Grove, Illinois and midwest regional director for the Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations (UMJC). Ordained by the UMJC and an alumnus of UC Berkeley, the University of Chicago, Standford, and Trinity International University, Jeff is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.
