Why Daddy Snores is about a boy who explains why his dad snores so much. It starts off with his dad relaxing in his chair after hard day's work so he can recharge his dattery. Then, the story continues, chronicling the multitude of reasons a dad snores. For example, the boy's dad snores to keep forest creatures at bay when camping or to scare the monsters under the bed. His dad also snores to let the boy know he is safe at home from a work trip. At the end of the story the boy realizes the true importance of his dad's snore, so he snores extra loud to let his dad know how much he loves him.
