by Tom Ahern (Author)
Yes I'm Fine, Just Tired is a first person account of how Tom went from being a young adult, disabled by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic attacks and anxiety, to an adult content with who he is. Tom hopes his experiences and the ten mental health tools included in his book will help people either directly or indirectly affected with anxiety and OCD understand themselves, learn to mange their mental health and accept themselves for who they are. With the ever-increasing amount of distraction in our world, it is imperative we spend more time with ourselves to get to know ourselves.
