The earliest known translation of the word Reiki is "Reiki is the Atmosphere of the Divine". Today the word Reiki is a Japanese noun meaning "the energy of the Universe". This Book describes both Reiki as Consciousness and the resulting manifesting life energy, and Reiki Ho. Reiki-ho is a methodology to use Reiki for spiritual growth, transformation and healing.
