by Wayne Unze (Author)
Ideal book for small business buyers and sellers looking for an affordable, easy to read guide to business ownership or sale. This book is published in two parts to enable buyers and sellers to "tune into" each other's' motivations, strategies hopes and fears. By doing so, each can respect what the other is trying to accomplish in the transaction and the two parties can move forward to a win-win consummation. My motivation for writing this book stems from the thousands of buyers and sellers I interviewed over my thirty-year career and the costly mistakes so many made in the pursuit of their financial and social goals. It is my deepest desire that this book be used as a road map to prevent would-be buyers and sellers from repeating those financially destructive mistakes.
